1. SHIPPING

1.1. Once your order has been placed, it takes a few days to process before being shipped by courier services. We offer regular shipping and expedited shipping, depending on the courier service you have chosen when placing the order.

1.2. We offer free express shipping ( 3- 5 days) for all International orders over
1000 USD. For all other orders, your shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

1.3. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) , which
are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. weiræn is not
responsible for these charges if they are applied.

1.4. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification
which will include a tracking number for you to monitor the package status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

1.5. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping
confirmation email, please contact us at care@weiraen.com with your account name and order number.

2. RETURNS

2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as upon receive. The item must have no sign of damage or use, and be returned with all of its original label, tag and packaging. You are also required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned item does not meet our return policy, we will send back the returned item at your expenses to the provided address at the time of purchase.

2.2. You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product(s) by care@weiraen.com. Before shipping back the parcel, please contact us in writing and obtain our confirmation for the return. Any item returned without our confirmation may be declined. If a return request is confirmed, we will provide a return shipment label and instruction on how and where to send your parcel.

2.3. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can
evaluate the issue and make the necessary correction in a timely manner.

2.4. You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice.
Once we receive your return and verify the condition, we will process your refund to
the payment method used on the original order in the original currency of the initial payment. Please note that we will not be responsible for any fees incurred in currency exchange or international wires.

2.5. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were sent to our
warehouse after the 7-day period, or if the condition of the goods differs from
that in which you received them. If we have verified that the item is returned beyond the return timeframe, we have the right to reject it and the freight fees incurred hereby will be paid by the customer.

2.6. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and returns on sale
items after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product(s).

2.7. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you
know if the refund was confirmed and approved. If approved, you will be automatically
refunded on your original payment method in the original currency of the payment issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

2.8. Please note, when paying with a bank card, the refund period varies and is determined by the policy of the bank that issued the card.

2.9 You are required to pay customs duties after your international parcel arrives in the destination. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note if the customs duties have been included in your order, such customs duties will be paid to your local government authority rather than to any other person. This means that we will not refund any customs duties paid in case of return. You can request for tax refund from your local government.
